During our 10-week program, Fellows gain an understanding of civic engagement, organizing, and data & technology integration. They will receive training on the history of social justice movements that will help contextualize current challenges faced by our communities and the strategies we can implement to create change. Training includes applied data and technology integration for use on real voter outreach campaigns. 

In the final phase, Fellows will be placed with partner organizations. This provides the opportunity to get first hand experience. Fellows will also undergo a series of professional development workshops, producing resumes, cover letters, and mock interviews.
