About You
You are from the United States and are dedicated to working in your community.
You are a youth who is passionate about advancing issues of social justice through civic engagement.
You can commit to all 10 weeks of the program and will be available for two evening and weekend activities.
You can document some previous interest or experience related to voter registration, civic engagement, community outreach, or campaign work.
You have reliable access to a laptop and internet. If this is not possible, please notify our team.
You are bilingual. This is preferred, but not required.
What You’ll Do
Participate in training on social justice movements, fundamentals of organizing, garnering a data mindset, and utilizing tools for outreach.
Mobilize hundreds of voters through phone banking and peer-to-peer texting.
Undergo professional development training, including producing a resume, cover letter, headshot and completing a mock interview.
Complete a two-week placement with one of our partner organizations, gaining organizing experience on issues affecting communities of color.
Receive mentorship and support from seasoned staff in community organizing, training, data, and coalition building.

Fellows will receive a biweekly stipend to offset living expenses while they attend our program.
